Rich running mopar

I have a 1937 Plymouth that I built, it has a 70 340 with Edlebrock heads and a Carter competition 4 barrel. Recently, the current carb seems to be running rich. Performance is excellent, idle and take off is fine. Smells like it is running rich. Made some adjustments with choke and metering screws, but seems to be same. Had a good guy that I used to tune cars but he is gone. Who is up for old school tuning?

Where are you located ? Someone close by might be able to take a look at it for you . Has it always done this or did it just start running like this ?
