So a quick update: I plumbed my fuel lines and brake lines, installed a fuel cell, installed a roll control solenoid, and assembled the bottom end on the 340. I'm waiting on my heads to come back from having hardened seats installed and new valve guides then the motor is going in. Also, I purchased a Ron Francis Express harness and fuse box. I'll be getting ready to wire in the car soon.
It is what it is!
