Hey "68383" I assume that orange & white Charger is yours ? I had a 69 for about 20 something years . I "do" miss that car . That one had an overly built 440 in it . It "was" fun to drive .

The Charger was mine for about 10 years. It was Charger red with a pearl white top and interior.

Too many options. 8 track, power windows, AC, buddy seat, light package, 727. My Bee is more business.

Rough cars rule. Not nearly as many worries as nice ones. I think I may have enjoyed my Demon the most. It was rough, and fast!

You guy's are probably going to cry but I'm old enough to say that I've owned and drove most of these cars year round . Hell I bought my 69 Charger back in late 79 and drove it that first winter before I went nuts on it and totally went threw it during the winter of 80/81 . Because I couldn't drive it with the duel quads coming threw the hood in bad weather I had my (what I called ) daily drivers . But me being me they were cars like (one of my favorites) 69 Runner 383 4 speed , 68 GTX , big block Dart , another 69 Runner , 79 lil red , two 67 GTX's ( one hemi , one 440 ) ect , ect , I could list the brand X cars as well but this is a MOPAR site . lol Back then these cars weren't "muscle cars" they were just hot rods . It's funny how times have changed . As much as I know how a nicely built 440 runs on a chilly fall evening , I wouldn't think about putting studded snow tires on any of my toys and running it year round now .

  I remember running studded snow tires and doing spark smoke shows . Besides a great combo of sparks and smoke it would leave two big trench's in the black top . lol Every winter after the first good snow we'd go to an empty parking lot and practice our defensive driving skill's (Or at least that's what I told the boy's in blue when they came around and "if" they could make it in the parking lot . lol) We would do donuts , figure eights , reverse batman's , a little drifting action and such so by the time I hit the streets in bad weather I could almost handle anything . :D
