she's a running a few more things to all the final adjustments and buy some safety attire and I'll be at the track posting some times and messing with peoples heads.
hoping for 10's to start and will work on going faster next yr. the videos are at first start everything still needed adjusting in 1 vid its a bit shaky the realization that I soon will be driving this beast gave me a bit of a jitter not only is it loud but you can feel everything from the drivers seat the pure violence coming from the engine just surges through every inch of the car " What the hell was I thinking street cars are safer " lol

floor is all buttoned up not to many things left. bear everything on this car is a one of a kind alt is mounted to the pass frame with a custom adjuster I also put 1/4 turn fasteners on my deck lid and limo tinted deck lid glass so I won't bake to death in the lanes.

Nice ! That's some good thinking on the alternator bracket . Tinting out the back window is a pretty good idea too . Every lil bit helps . I've been in enough cars ( and trucks ) on the staging lame , sweating my but off . On one or two of the cars I've run , we even had a cheap little electric fan in the car . It's normally warm air but at least it was air . lol

Going to be a busy week trying to get it ready to go up sat to due some test and tune. just ordered the engine diaper and to day we install tubes no more leaky slicks boy do they look big out side the car. a few of my track friends have estimated that they believe she will be in the 9s base on my light car weight and set up if my engine can make at the crank 550hp = 9.9s 600hp 9.5s once sorted out . so guess I might exceed my 10 second goal so we will take slow and get used to how she runs if runs good we'll run it out the back door the last run cause if they are right it will be the last run without a comp lic. and chassis cert.

I would like to think it should run in that time frame . Personally what I would do ( and I know it's not easy ) is take it kind of easy at first and get used to the car and feel or check for any bugs . Then gradually give it more and more without braking out of the 10's . That way you can get to have more pass's in it and dial it in and get a good feel for how she's going to behave ( or should I say misbehave :D ) . What I've always done in the past is pick an RPM to shift at that might be a little lower then you would normally shift at and shift at that . That way you'll stay consistent and be able to dial it in . It'll take a little bit to get used to this combo but be patient and have fun with it . We wish we could be up there with you on your first run but I just got my Warlock running again after blowing up the rear end that "was" in it and now I'm on the hunt for bigger tires to fit the shorter rear end we just installed . So money's a lil tight right now . The wife and I wish you all the luck this week end and give'm hell . Be safe and have fun ,, Bear :D
